Boundless Behavior Consulting provides parent coaching services focused on education and skill-building using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

All services are educational and consultative in nature and are not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional treatment.

Services are provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the State of Oklahoma.


4. Virtual Services

Services may be delivered remotely via video conferencing, phone, or other electronic communication methods (“Virtual Services”).

By participating in Virtual Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

-Virtual Services may not be equivalent to in-person services

-There are potential risks, including interruptions, technical difficulties, or unauthorized access

-You are responsible for ensuring appropriate technology and a private environment

-Boundless Behavior Consulting LLC is not responsible for technical issues outside of its control

While reasonable efforts are made to protect your privacy, no electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.


5. Scope of Practice & Non-Therapeutic Services

Boundless Behavior Consulting provides parent coaching and education informed by the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Services:

-Are designed to teach caregivers how to implement behavior-support strategies

-Do not include therapy, diagnosis, or individualized clinical treatment

-Do not establish a therapist-client, clinician-client, or healthcare provider relationship

Coaching is not a replacement for ABA therapy or any other licensed service. Clients seeking therapeutic intervention should pursue services with a qualified, licensed provider.


6. Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

The information and coaching provided:

-Is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

-Does not replace licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic services

-Should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice

You are responsible for seeking appropriate licensed services when needed.


7. No Guarantees / Behavior Change Disclaimer

While coaching is based on evidence-informed ABA principles, Boundless Behavior Consulting LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You acknowledge that:

-Behavior change is complex and influenced by multiple variables (e.g., consistency, environment, individual differences)

-Strategies may not produce immediate or uniform results

-Progress varies from child to child and family to family

By engaging in services, you accept that outcomes are not guaranteed and depend largely on implementation outside of coaching sessions.


8. Client Responsibility

By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

-You are responsible for implementing strategies discussed

-You are responsible for decisions made regarding your child’s care

-Results depend on consistency and follow-through outside of sessions


9. Free Consultation Requirement

All clients must complete a free consultation prior to purchasing ongoing coaching services.

This ensures:

-Services are appropriate for your needs

-Expectations are clearly established

-Ethical and professional boundaries are maintained


10. Payments & Subscriptions

-Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

-Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund

-Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Boundless Behavior Consulting

-Rescheduling is subject to availability


11. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

-Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

-Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund

-Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of Boundless Behavior Consulting

-Rescheduling is subject to availability


12. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services:

-No refunds will be provided for completed or unused sessions

-All purchases are final


13. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to PDFs, guides, visuals, and resources, are the property of Boundless Behavior Consulting LLC.

You may:

-Use materials for personal, non-commercial use only

You may not:

-Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or share materials without prior written consent


14. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Confidentiality may be limited if:

-There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

-Disclosure is required by law or legal process


15. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

-Outcomes related to the implementation or non-implementation of coaching strategies

- Decisions made based on coaching sessions

All services are used at your own risk.


18. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if:

-These Terms are violated

-Services are used inappropriately

-Payment obligations are not met


19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.


20. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or services provided by Boundless Behavior Consulting LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise required by law.

-Arbitration shall be administered by a neutral arbitrator and conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules

-The arbitration shall take place in the State of Oklahoma, unless otherwise agreed by both parties

-Each party shall be responsible for their own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes through arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any claims will be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.


21. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
